A raw foods diet is “recommended” or “suggested” during the 20-day regimen (see “20-day Cleanse Dietary Regimen” in our ‘Blog’ section for more information on the suggested raw foods diet). Raw foods diet is totally “optional.”

If taking the package as a daily internal beauty regimen (which is highly recommended as nutrition is needed daily), simply take 3 capsules of each formula with eight (8) ounces of water daily, preferably every 2-3 hours. Taking 3 capsules daily will last a user approximately five (5) weeks.

The formulas can be taken in no direct order, just three (3) capsules of each formula and 2-3 hours a part.

The skin accessories have daily and weekly use during the regimen.

CLAYS

The clays should be used every 3 days, evening or night-time preferable though they can also be used in the morning as well. It’s your choice. On Day 1, use the Bentonite Clay. On Day 4, use the Moroccan Red Clay, on Day 7, use the Bentonite Clay again. On Day 10, use the Moroccan Clay again, and so forth.

NOTE: The clays can be used daily on troubled spots (on the skin).

You’ll need to mix the clays with water (1-part clay, 1-part water). It’s best to let the clay sit overnight after you add the water to it. Finished clay product should be placed in a glass or plastic container or jar with a tight lid.

FACIAL CLEANSER & TONER

The facial cleanser should be used in the morning and before applying the clays on the days you’ll use the clays.

Wash face (with cleanser) and gently brush facial skin with a facial skin brush or loofah brush. Scrub facial skin with brush or loofah from left to right (which produces a stimulating action) for about 2-3 minutes. Wash face with cool water (which helps to open pores).

After thoroughly removing clay from face (on days you use clays) and pat-drying face with cool water, apply firming botanical facial toner and let set into the skin.

Cleanser and toner should be used daily even when you are not claying the face.

CREAM

After ten minutes of using the firming botanical facial toner, apply facial beauty cream to face. Your skin will feel wonderful. Cream can be used daily.

 OIL

After cleansing your face at night (which should be a normal daily practice) with a regular soap or even the Botanical Facial Cleanser (which you may use both morning and night-time), and pat drying your face with cool water, let the skin dry for about five (5) minutes and then apply a moderate amount of the Healing Skin Oil to the face. The oil can be used daily.
